THE SENSE OF HAPPINESS

Why you should be grateful

Happiness.
Something we all ask now or later, we are living in the age of depression and solitude even in the room filled with people we feel alone disconnected even though we passing the spontaneous reactions to the conversation we still are not present on the present.

While I was pondering on something sudden burst of gratitude struck me, a sense of happiness enthralled my nerves I was happy from inside this time.

The secret lies in the sense of gratitude, the reason we all suffer is because of lust ( which is a sense of emptiness) it can be of any good in your life and it is the reason of your ever lasting depression and anxiety. I’m not telling you to be satisfied from what you already have, that wouldn’t make a sense , I’m telling you to be grateful for everything you already have.
Just be through it and you will be realise the greatness of this advice, you wouldn’t even notice when you will be get the maximum from your life.

I started to express my gratitude to the people pretty often and I had ever did.
I would probably keep it up and have this experience even on greater extent.
