What I learned from reading books

Lately this 100 books a year gimmick is on heat. And I personally find it useless, it just like studying a night before exam and forgetting it all the next day. It only wastes your time and some little precious Brian cells.  Why do I think that? And what I actually learned from reading books. 1. Change of point of view through VR Reading book is actually a fascinating experience, it is far more impactful than a movie for when you see something happening, you can change just say “I can see that man dying with grave expressions”  But with reading you can actually feel the pain if only the book is written well and if you get comfortable with that view you would ultimately start to experience it in the regular daily life. As per the non fiction teaches you a lot, in fact I find them quite helpful and revolutionary, have you ever seen those super productive YouTubers from Harvard or Cambridge. 5 steps to change your life


Another entry in the cause of betterment og humanity, your life is on your hand no one can compare it with anyone's else, though given below are some steps which will alert you and it will make you able to face any problem in your life. thank you for reading this post, check out other one and share if you think others should also see it, again a humble thanks .






Let me begin this talk with a question,

Why do you think your life is not good?. See if you know the answer of this question, then you do not need to read this talk, you are good enough to make it better on your own. Beware that  the answer should not be like “ I have a horrifying life” , “I have a horrible job” , “ poor income” etc.

No, if those are your answer, then you are wrong, those are not the reason for your bad life, or maybe they are, but sure not from the basic. The reason and ways to make it better, differ age by age. But we are going to keep this talk on common ground,.

So what are the reasons let me show you.

1.     1.  Overthinking-  let us just accept it, we over think a lot,If we are bad in something then suddenly we start thinking about it all night and eventually you connect it with your life, and then you lose all your confidence.

2.     2  Lack of control- how many times, you think “I will go to gym” “do running" "this and that” in your holiday and end up lying on bed reading an article.

3.       3  Choosing the easy way out – who have not done that, your body is full of wonders, the more you will hunt the more furnished it will become, but we always try to avoid such challenges.

4.       4 You listened to other more than needed- others opinion are important, they can help in taking our decisions.  but that does not mean that they will take your decision, you start something and suddenly others say “ that is useless” “you will get nowhere with that” and you quit.

5.      5 Great expectation- it is great to be optimistic but when you raise up your expectations you increase the possibilities of getting hurt badly and that hurt sometimes can ruin your entire life in a snap.


 
Those are the five reasons which cursed your life, If you could just cope with them eventually your life would become better. We are not characters of some comics we need to think, things will not become good on there own.

Now do not make yourself short, we are going to talk about what you can do from the very next day, to improve your life style. this is not some magic portions which would make you bill gates, no,but it will make your position better in your life, especially if you are in your college or school. For those are your starter days, you got a lot of time for your improvements.

Okay before telling you the steps I want to make you sure that these solutions may not be useful for cause you might have a totally different issues though I will try to cover every possible issue  so let us begin with our first topic.

1. Knowing your problem

  let us accept it OK,  most of you reading this right now do not even know how they end up in this bad life style. First you must know what is the  problem, are you getting bad marks if so then why, are you performing badly in your job then why.

You cannot cure the disease until you are aware of the virus. This step is most important and you must know it.

Do not worry if you do not know what is the problem, cause I can tell you a simple trick that will help. so the trick is, there must be an ideal performer in you field of work , maybe in school, college , office , or maybe in a sports match. There must be an ideal performer. Take look at him or her , and try to identify what she or he has that you do not, is it the charm , is it looks or some special habit whatsoever check if it has in you or not .
However in some cases it can be hard to apply that trick then, observe the problem that you are facing in your life style and the try to think of a way to cope with that problem, by that see what you are lacking
. before taking any step in your life a deep introspection is necessary. I want you to read rest of the article when you are aware of your problem.

2. Building habit –


Look, it might seems useless but believe me on this, all the small habits in a whole build your life, if you could get together yours and try some new. Building new habit not only makes you more disciplined but it also makes you more creative.
What exactly you do, when you create a new habit is that, that you add a new element in your life and though the creative stands for being innovative, it always comes from what you have already in your mind. You cannot imagine a red rose without knowing the red color, when you add a new habit in your life it adds a new element which needless to say makes you more cheerful about which we would talk later
We talked about the importance of good habits in life now we are going to talk about how to achieve it .
I want you to take a sheet of paper and a marker and write down all the current habits you have, is it having tea in the morning or singing in the shower, smoking, drinking. Be honest with yourself it for you want to change your life so be honest while write them down, writing is a very important do not think like “man it is all in my head, no need to write” first of all that is totally boring and I suggest you to make everything fun , second , writing that stuff down is not going to give me any benefit but it will improve your performance believe me on that.

“after writing that down I want you know which one of them are bad habit there should not be a single one of them be in you, is it smoking m drinking or slotting get rid of them it will be hard for one or two day but it will benefit your life . to do that try Google search how to deal with those specific habits and be determined to get rid of them”

okay so we have killed our bad habits and added good habits what is next
3. Learn new skills

 This point is especially for students in college, other can also read it to fit it in their lives If possible. As person adding more skills would make you fine, you would move to the  next step of being well spoken men or women. Skill can be anything It can be coding, it can be dancing, cooking etc.
just learn  a new skill. You would feel more confident, your brain would evolve and your organs would get proper warm up, depending upon the skills you are going to learn.
do not stop, keep adding and keep enjoying the process of learning. Look the process is the most important part of anything you do in your life. I want you to think about this line that I just said and tell me in comment section.

4. Personality development-



This is one of the most important points to-day. A good smile worth’s millions of dollar, you cannot be on the top of your field without having a charming appearance, and for that you do not need to look like tom cruise, just bring the best of you, that would do the work here.
get a new haircut it does not need to be in fashion but it should be suiting your face, are you getting what I mean, good, next improve your behavior, if you live savagely like wolverine then you cannot live in this society like that, you need to learn proper way of speaking use proper slang and a charming smile on that would steal the audience.

you also need to add some bonus skills like, about how to pick up a lie or how to speak a lie both are extremely important in today’s life style. Use your body movement to indulge your audience look, stop being shy or you will end up in the box, it is hard truth except that now is the best time to get out of the box believe me on that .

What you did in this step is that you worked upon yourself which would make you more indulging and will help you irrespective of your field.
Ok so let us recall what we learned till now

And self-improvement

5. Read books and your environment clean-

 Listen carefully; you must have a lot of time read or listened how you should read books BECAUSE IT IS IMPORTANT. I myself try to finish a book in week, and if you are wondering how that book is going to help you. Then think like this, why do you think you are better than your sibling?
because you got more experience than him or her you are wiser because of that, that is why you can proudly say you are elder, then suppose people, great admirable people older than you by 40 or 50 years are putting their knowledge in shape of a book, maybe a biography or fictional story whatsoever it has bit of that person, now can you imagine at what scale you would gain knowledge.
Books would make you wisher and less imprudent hence you would be better in handling problem in your lives.

Keep your working environment clean and organized. yours sitting table represents your mind, an organized table leads to organized mind and organized mind means better functioning and hence better performance at work or at task, which would refresh your life will it not.

      6.accept 

Now you are well aware about yourself, you are free of all bad habit and you are smart. Know you are ready to face your life, accept your life whatever it is, no matter how bad it is, or the person in it, just accept it. You need in front of that problem eye to eye and give a long hug. Do you know what you are doing here ;you are accepting the evil. You are showing your love towards the evil. And no evil is bigger than love , it might sound bull shit think about it.

You are now a big and a better  person, you do not have time to deal with such small problem, you do not need to worry about them, just give them a hug figuratively and sit with your problem ,no more blaming, no more yelling. just sit with your problem with a big charming smile that you have acquired , make yourself more indulging let the problem be open to you it will light up all the facts and because you are not crying anymore you are listening,  you are listening to your problem just think how good you feel when someone listens to yours, just like that your problem is now easy to handle, now the problem will listen to you and because you are now aware with most of the scenario cause you have read books you are aware of 1000 years of experience because you have read books and you are just 20 or 18.
Now you can solve the problem and done you are good to live and fine life.
